For this reason, Muddy Life Solutions operates a Reduced Fee Scheme to help ensure that financial hardship does not prevent people from accessing the practical assistance they need.
Our aim is simple: to make professional administrative support available to those who need it most, while treating every client with dignity, compassion and respect.
Who May Be Eligible? Applications are considered individually, and there are no strict rules about who can apply. We recognise that financial hardship affects people in different ways and that everyone’s circumstances are unique. You may wish to apply if you are:
- Receiving state benefits or Universal Credit.
- Living on a low income.
- A pensioner experiencing financial hardship.
- Living with a disability or long-term health condition.
- Caring for a family member.
- Recently bereaved.
- Experiencing financial difficulties due to illness, redundancy or unexpected life events.
- Facing exceptional personal circumstances that have affected your financial position.
Meeting one of these circumstances does not automatically guarantee eligibility, but we encourage anyone who is struggling to contact us for a confidential discussion.
How the Scheme Works
If you believe you may benefit from reduced fees, you can complete a simple application form or contact us directly to discuss your circumstances. Each application is assessed fairly, sensitively and in complete confidence. We may ask for basic information about your financial circumstances so that we can consider your application appropriately. Where an application is approved, a reduced hourly rate, fixed-fee quotation or flexible payment arrangement may be offered depending on the nature of the work and your individual circumstances.

All applications are handled with complete confidentiality, and any information you provide will only be used for the purpose of assessing your eligibility for the Reduced Fee Scheme.
